where strategy meets impact

Building a healthier region, together.

We believe that lasting change doesn’t start with one program, it starts with a plan.

The Community Health pillar is the strategic foundation of our work at Partnership for Public Health. Guided by the Winnipesaukee Public Health Council (WPHC), this pillar ensures every program and service we offer is aligned to measurable goals that improve lives across our region.

Our caring, knowledgeable council of community partners work collaboratively to prepare for, respond to, and recover from the public health needs of the Winnipesaukee region for a community that’s as healthy and safe as possible.

What We Do

Our Shared Vision

“To build a healthy, resilient, and vibrant community for every person and every family.”

With representation from healthcare, education, safety, behavioral health, government, business, nonprofits, and citizen voices, the WPHC serves as the backbone of regional public health coordination.

Every goal, program, and policy we develop is shaped collaboratively and locally.

The CHIP:
Our Roadmap for Regional Health

Community Health In Action

Access to Care

Access to behavioral health care is a top-identified gap across the region. CHIP priorities include expanding integrated care and mental health services, especially for youth and underserved areas.
