SMP Specialist (Cheshire, Sullivan, and Hillsborough Counties)
The SMP shall oversee the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) services for their respective region. The SMP Specialist is responsible for empowering and assisting Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud, errors, and abuse through outreach, counseling, and education.
SMP SPecialist (Coos, Grafton, Carroll, Belknap)
The SMP shall oversee the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) services for their respective region. The SMP Specialist is responsible for empowering and assisting Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud, errors, and abuse through outreach, counseling, and education.
Medicare-options counselor (Carroll County)
This position oversees Medicare-related services and programs at the ADRC Carroll County site, providing client counseling, outreach, education, and referrals while ensuring compliance with grant and reporting requirements. The role works closely with community partners and ADRC staff to support older adults, caregivers, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, requiring strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to conduct presentations and community outreach.
