Executive Director – Partnership for Public Health

The Partnership for Public Health, Inc. (the Partnership) is a non-profit agency with a mission to improve the health and well-being of the Region through inter-organizational and public health improvement activities. Based in Laconia, NH, the Partnership is one of the State’s 13 regional public health networks and serves as the fiscal lead for ServiceLink in Belknap and Carroll counties. The Partnership is searching for a new Executive Director with a passion for public health that can effectively promote the mission of the agency. The new Executive Director will assume a leadership role throughout the region forging partnerships with businesses, foundations, government officials, other non-profits and supporters. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and has the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the non-profit’s staff, consultants, and programs. The new Executive Director will be an effective communicator with strong supervisory skills and experience in program development and grants management. Working closely with the Board of Directors and Board Committees, the Executive Director will develop policies, establish priorities and carry out the activities in the agency’s strategic plan. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills with a history of successful grant writing, strategic thinking, a Master’s degree, 3-5 years financial development/ non-profit management experience and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
