HEAL: Catch Kids

CATCH stands for a Coordinated Approach to Child Health and is a nation-wide program designed to promote physical activity and healthy food choices in children.  The CATCH Program has been implemented in thousand of schools and after-school organizations including the Laconia, NH school system.

By Teaching children that eating healthy and being physically active every day can be FUN, The CATCH Program has proven that establishing healthy habits in the childhood can promote behavior changes that can last a lifetime.

CATCH KIDS is offered in the Lakes Region area in programs before and after school.  The program's philosophy also inspires movement breaks during the school day.  Look for information on our Movement Breaks Page.
